Universal Automation started business in 1996 as a proprietorship firm
Founded in 1996, Universal Automation has grown into a trusted name in Pakistan’s industrial automation and fluid power industry. We specialize in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, industrial valves, pipe and pipe fittings, vacuum solutions, and automation components, supplying products from leading manufacturers across Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, and other major industrial markets.
Over the years, our focus has remained simple: to provide reliable products, practical solutions, and dependable service to our customers. We believe that successful business is built on long-term relationships, honesty, technical knowledge, and a clear understanding of our customers’ requirements.
Today, we represent a wide range of established international brands, serving as exclusive distributors and importers for selected brands, including Festo (Germany), Superlok (Korea), Camozzi (Italy), Atos (Italy), CKD (Japan), Chia Wang (Taiwan), E.MC (China), Aignep (Italy), Conek (China), Norgren (Germany) and others. Our experience across different industries allows us to source and supply the right products for a wide variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation applications.

Our History
1980
With over four decades of industrial experience, our CEO, Mr. Akhtar, has been a key figure in Pakistan’s industrial automation sector since the early 1980s. During his time he played a pivotal role in introducing FESTO Germany’s automation and pneumatic solutions to Pakistan, helping shape the industry we serve today.
1996
Our Beginnings
Founded in 1996, Universal Automation began its journey by dealing in Univer and Metal Work products. In the same year, we began working as an Authorized Channel Partner for FESTO, starting a relationship that has continued for nearly three decades.
In 1996, we also purchased our first showroom in Karachi, which has remained at Bank Arcade to this day. As FESTO was an important part of our business from the very beginning, we chose FESTO’s colours for our original showroom, reflecting the importance of our association with the brand.
Since then, Universal Automation has continued to grow while staying true to the principles on which we started — quality products, reliable service, technical support, and long-term relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Our original showroom at Bank Arcade has remained with us since 1996, marking almost three decades of continuous presence in the industrial automation market.
1997
In 1997, we began dealing in WIKA, Atos, Norgren and Camozzi, expanding our range of industrial instrumentation, pneumatics, and automation solutions. Over the years, our experience with these brands has grown into long-standing relationships built on quality, reliability, and trust.
Nearly three decades later, our association with WIKA, Atos, Norgren and Camozzi remains an important part of Universal Automation’s journey and our commitment to serving the industrial market with dependable products and solutions.
1998
In 1998, Universal Automation expanded its product portfolio by introducing E.MC and CONEK to the Pakistani market as an Authorized Distributor. Since then, we have continued to supply their pneumatic fittings and automation components to industries, OEMs, and automation users across Pakistan, building long-standing relationships with both brands lasting till date.
